Johanna is a creative soul who has always dreamed of starting a dairy. I worked with her at Lemonjellos Coffee and we would always romantisize having land, goats, and sheep. After doing a lot of research and saving, Johanna finally pulled the trigger and bought her first sheep. As her herd grows, she hopes to sell dairy and cheese to local restaurants.

We unexpectly bought a house a year after we got married. When I discovered the shed in the backyard was a former chicken coop, I immediately went out and got baby chicks. The girls are now three and part of the family 🙂
